This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was absolutely perfect. Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, it offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the usual tourist spots. I loved taking leisurely walks along the river Elbe and exploring the nearby parks. The hotel itself was a delight, with its well-designed rooms that were both cosy and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the good bed to the great shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided valuable travel advice throughout my stay. And let's not forget the breakfast - it was simply fantastic, with a tasty selection to choose from and many little extras that made the experience even more enjoyable.
I honestly couldn't find anything to fault about this hotel. Everything was just perfect.

The breakfast was decent and free parking was available. The staff was friendly and accommodating to all requests. The hotel was located in a quaint and peaceful neighborhood with good restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.
The room had a low bed which made it difficult to get up easily. The lighting was not very user-friendly and there were wooden benches at the end of the bed which required moving to avoid injury. The bathroom lacked efficient ventilation which made it feel quite humid and uncomfortable to use. Also, there was no restaurant on-site for dinner which meant driving to find food after already traveling for a long distance.

During my Xmas stay, I found the breakfast to be excellent, providing fresh options and various drinks. the location was very convenient, located near many shops and restaurants.
The room was a bit disappointing in terms of its appearance, which did not justify the high price. the curtains were not able to close all the way and the walls were thin, making it possible to hear other guests.
